Welcome to MENALAFY LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website bestpawsupply.com and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (also referred to as “Terms”). 1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

  1. Age & Capacity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

  2. Account Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update it as needed.

  3. One Account per User. You may not register more than one personal account unless explicitly permitted.

  4. Suspension or Termination. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend an account if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

3. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  1. Subscription Periods. Plans are billed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly) unless otherwise specified.

  2. Trial Periods & Promotional Offers. If a trial or promotional price is offered, that price applies only for the trial period. After that, your plan will renew at the standard Subscription Fee for that Plan.

  3. Automatic Renewal. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term for the same duration and at the then-current rate or lower rate.

  4. Payment Methods. We accept various payment methods (e.g. credit/debit cards, digital wallets). You authorize us to charge the chosen payment method for all fees incurred.

  5. Failed Payments. If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry, suspend your service, or cancel your subscription. You remain liable for all amounts due.

  6. Price Changes. MENALAFY LIMITED may change the Subscription Fees. If we do, we will notify you in advance, and any price change will not apply to your current term but will take effect at the next renewal.

  7. Taxes & Fees. All fees include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional taxes applicable to your use of the Service.

4. Cancellation, Refunds & Grace Periods

  1. Cancellation by Subscriber. You may cancel at any time via your Account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term (you will not be charged for the next period).

  2. Refunds. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days following a first payment, subject to applicable conditions.

  3. No Partial Refunds. We generally do not prorate refunds for unused portions of a subscription term after the initial refund period.

  4. Grace Periods & Promotions. In certain promotions, limited grace periods (e.g. 5 days before renewal) may be offered to lock in discounts.

  5. Company-Initiated Cancellations. We may cancel or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause. You will retain access through the end of the then-current term unless otherwise stated.

5. Products, Fulfillment & Shipping (if applicable)

  1. Product Descriptions & Availability. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free or up to date.

  2. Order Acceptance. Receipt of a subscription order does not constitute acceptance until payment is authorized.

  3. Shipping & Delivery. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary due to delays beyond our control.

  4. Risk & Title. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery or transfer per your country’s applicable laws.

  5. Returns & Damages. Report damaged or missing items within a designated timeframe (e.g. 7 days) to qualify for replacement or refund.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Software or Website.

  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

  • Transmit viruses, malware, spam, or other harmful code.

  • Harass, defame, or threaten other users or staff.

  • Use anyone else’s account or share your credentials.

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Service.

  • Attempt to circumvent any technical or security measures.

7. Intellectual Property & License Grant

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

  2. No Guarantee. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free operation.

  3. Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for third-party services, links, or content you may access through our Service.

  4. Your Use at Your Risk. You assume full responsibility for sourcing antivirus protection, backups, and security measures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Direct Damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount of Subscription Fees you have paid in the past 12 months (or lesser period if your subscription has not yet run 12 months).

  • No Indirect Damages. We are not liable for lost profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or other consequential damages.

  • Exclusions. These limitations do not apply to liabilities which cannot be excluded by applicable law (e.g. for gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MENALAFY LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms,

  • Your misuse of the Service,

  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

11. Modifications & Updates

We may revise, update, or replace portions of these Terms at any time by posting changes on bestpawsupply.com. If changes are material, we will provide advance notice (e.g. 30 days). By continuing to use the Service, you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  2. Venue. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or arbitration venues of United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by law.

  3. Arbitration / Mediation. (Optionally) You and MENALAFY LIMITED agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally, and if not resolved, through binding arbitration in United Kingdom.

  4. Severability. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.

  5. Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or others.

13. Force Majeure

We will not be liable or considered in breach for any delay or failure caused by a Force Majeure Event. In such case, performance will be suspended or delayed as reasonably required until the event ceases.

14. Communication & Notifications

  1. Electronic Notices. Notifications to you may be delivered via email, in-App messaging, or postings on bestpawsupply.com.

  2. Opt-in marketing. By subscribing, you agree we may send you promotional or marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms (together with any other policies, addenda, or documents incorporated by reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and MENALAFY LIMITED with respect to the Service, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or proposals (including oral or written).
